You claim and agree to be the owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the actual owner and agree to take full responsibility of the information provided to us.

While submitting the site, we represent you as your agent and can take any decision on your behalf.

We are not responsible for any kind of information provided to the directories. You are solely responsible for the correctness and lawfulness of the information provided.

We will not be liable for and you agree not to create any charge on us, if any charge is brought against your site, jointly and severally, by the directories.

We will submit to directories as per Google's Page Rank. If after the submission, the Page Rank of a directory changes, we will not be held liable by any means.
